Community Engagement Strategy Implementation

The Situation

Stack’d was engaged by a not-for-profit to support the development of detailed project plans to successfully implement a new nation-wide community engagement strategy centered around fundraising, programs and services, government relations, and overall awareness of the cause.

Our Approach

To execute this project, the Stack’d team worked with the organization’s leadership team to:
  1. Develop a detailed master plan and individual project plans for regional leaders that would align with and help achieve the goals of the new strategy
  2. Solicit and incorporate stakeholder input into the master and individual project plans.
  3. Begin to execute the plan by providing training and oversight for communications and change management planning and risk mitigation efforts.

Value Received

The client received a master implementation plan comprised of a roll-up of project plans from various regions, including considerations and circumstances unique to each region. This master plan included timing, priorities and interdependencies, training tools, resource requirements and change management considerations to support the successful implementation of the new strategy.
