Dustin Anderson

Managing Partner

Dustin is an experienced management consultant who has worked across a myriad of industries and clients across North America. He works with Senior Executives and Boards of Directors to help solve some of their most challenging leadership problems when they are working on their business, and not in it.

His primary areas of focus include:
  • Board and Senior Executive facilitation;
  • Strategic planning; 
  • Organizational design;
  • Post-merger integration; and
  • Business transformation and improvement initiatives.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business where he graduated with Distinction, and as an “Ivey Scholar”. In addition, he also holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the Haskayne School of Business.

Rod Neumann


Rod Neumann is a Partner at Stack’d with over 30 years of business experience in the energy, high tech, telecommunications and professional services industry.

His primary areas of focus include:
  • Leading strategic planning initiatives;
  • Post-Merger Integration;
  • Major business transformation;
  • Operations management; and,
  • IT planning.
Rod holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science, Computer Sciences from the University of Victoria where he graduated with Distinction.

Myron Moore


A founding team member of Stack’d, Myron brings over fifteen years of professional services experience with strong capabilities in consulting engineering, project management, and management consulting. He is a seasoned professional, having successfully delivered a variety of strategic engagements focused on improving client’s organizational performance and sustainability. His experience ranges from post-merger integration to planning and building core capabilities in enterprise-wide business practices such as asset management, portfolio management and project management.

Myron has also successfully delivered several organizational performance and costing reviews, including detailed financial analysis and modeling. Myron is a skilled facilitator and adept at leading clients make significant business decisions based on the right information and analysis.

His primary areas of focus include:
  • Strategy & business planning;
  • Organizational governance reviews & development;
  • Portfolio, program, & project management;
  • Municipal utility financial policy and strategy; and,
  • Cost of service studies and rate studies.

Myron holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), where he graduated as a Rotman Scholar. He also obtained a Bachelors of Applied Science in Engineering Science at the University of Toronto, and currently holds Professional Engineering designations both in Alberta and Ontario. In addition, Myron has achieved accreditation from the Project Management Institute as a certified Project Management Professional.

Rick Timlick


Rick is a Principal at Stack'd with more than 20 years' experience both within industry as an executive and as a highly experienced consultant who has helped clients across the globe. As an expert in performance improvement and building cultures to sustain performance, Rick brings clients unique perspectives and applications to improve revenue, decrease costs, improve safety and quality, and ensure the human side of the business enables a high-performing work environment.

Rick specializes in comprehensive organizational transformation and complex operational issues, maintenance/reliability/asset integrity, CAPEX disciplines, supply chain management, executive team advisory services, major process redesigns, and strategic design that supports the corporate goals and objectives of CEOs and Boards of Directors.

His primary areas of focus include:
  • Operational Performance Excellence (management, improvement, and innovation)
  • Developing high-performing cultures
  • Functional re-engineering (e.g. supply chain)
  • Business operating models and activity-based costing
  • Strategic execution

Rick holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba. He is also Master Black Belt in Lean (certified from within Toyota Motor Corp.) and a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. Rick is also certified in many other solutions to enable the "human-side" of the organization.

Greg McIntyre


Greg is a Principal at Stack'd and our Edmonton Market Leader. He has more than 30 years of industry and consulting experience and has developed in-depth expertise through a balanced mix of public and private sector consulting assignments. Greg’s approach is client-focused, forward-thinking, and business-oriented on both business and technology-based initiatives.

His primary areas of focus include:

  • Strategy, Governance, and Planning
  • Outcomes and Performance
  • Project Management

Greg specializes in helping organizations set their direction, develop plans, and execute effectively against those plans. Greg’s expertise includes Process Design and Documentation, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Project Management, Coaching, Training, Facilitation, Outcomes Planning, Governance, Procurement, and Performance Measurement. His consulting focus is aimed at helping organizations improve performance, achieve business objectives, and manage opportunities and risk with the overarching goal of value creation.

Greg is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC) and certified in Prosci Change Management.
