Susan is the Leader of the Stack’d XLAB. With more than 20 years of both in-house and agency based marketing experience across a broad spectrum of product and service categories, she has been a frontline force behind the development, launch, and re-imagining of brand voices.
Susan has proven experience in strategic brand management and integrated marketing communications. Her consumer-driven sensibility is grounded in an understanding of audience mindset that informs her innovative communication strategies.
In addition to her enthusiasm for designer shoes and charcuterie boards, Susan is passionate about effective and engaging storytelling! She enjoys creating alignment between brand voice and company culture to form a seamless narrative across all communication touchpoints. Her approach is creative, but grounded in analytics.
Susan holds a Honours Degree in Mass Communications from Carleton University and is a member of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council.
